Proposal to change from Maintained Nursery Provision to Section 27 Governor Led Provision
Lane End Primary School is consulting on a proposal to change the nursery from a Maintained Nursery to a Governor Run Nursery under Section 27 of the Education Act 2002. This proposed move will give the school maximum flexibility to choose the best staffing model appropriate to the children attending the Nursery and will ensure that a high-quality Early Years provision continues to be provided to the children in the Nursery.
